Product Return: Distance Selling Agreement
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days after confirming the order without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. The shipping and service fee (350 TL) for the returned product or products will be deducted from the amount paid by the buyer.
Any promotional or campaign products given as gifts with the product you are returning must also be returned at the same time.
Return/Exchange Conditions:
– Returns must be made with the original box/packaging and invoice.
– If the product protection band attached to wedding dresses and evening gowns is removed or damaged, your return will not be accepted.
– All standard accessories must be sent undamaged and complete in their original packaging.
– Promotional or campaign products given as gifts must also be sent in their original packaging.
– Products prepared according to the consumer’s specific requests or clearly for their personal needs, which are not suitable for return due to their nature, are at risk of spoilage, or have an expired shelf life, cannot be returned.
After creating your return request from the My Orders / Create Return Request option, you can send your product to our central warehouse for return/exchange via Aras Kargo by obtaining the return code and paying attention to the return conditions specified above. For returned products, the shipping and service fee (350 TL) will be deducted from the amount paid by the buyer.
For purchases made through the https://haticekadioglu.com website, the buyer does not have the right to exchange the products they have purchased at stores belonging to the seller. The buyer can exercise their right of exchange for products that have not yet been delivered through the haticekadioglu.com website.
For International Sales:
In accordance with the legislation, the Buyer cannot exercise their right of withdrawal in the following cases:
Contracts for goods or services whose price fluctuates based on financial market fluctuations and is beyond the Seller’s control; Contracts for the delivery of goods that are prepared according to the Buyer’s requests or clearly for their personal needs and are not suitable for return due to their nature; Contracts for the delivery of goods whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seals, or packages have been opened after delivery, and whose return is not suitable for health and hygiene reasons,
In purchases made through the haticekadioglu.com website, there is no right of return if the purchased products are not suitable for health and hygiene reasons or if the product label is damaged.
